I understand the basic's of Genral Relativity, like the mass of the sun warps space so the earth travels round the curve the sun produces, same as the moon with the earth.
But i dont understand how when i drop a ball from my hand it falls to the ground.
I understand how planets orbit stars but i dont understand how things fall to the ground,
i.e what causes this to happen & how?
I was hoping someone could help me out on this? Thanks

needs work.
I'm having a hard time understanding what it is that you want answered.
You say you understand orbital dynamics, but not why something falls down. All planets do is fall down, exactly the same as the ball you drop.
Can you possibly revise the OP to make clear what you're asking?
