Right.
Inerrancy doesn't necessarily mean that you say everything that needs to be said.
It just means that everything you do say is true.
Therefore, if you could reduce the Bible to a paragraph, you could still call it inerrant, assuming that you believe that everything in it is literally true. What you left out doesn't matter.

Yes, it could well change the face of Christianity, since there seems to be a push for lower-maintenance, fast-food denominations in the sect market.
