Enthusiastically seconded.

Viewing this message without having followed the topic, but there sure seems to be something heavy there. Probably should also read up thread, both at the cited topic and the other topic(s) TL has been involved in.

Parasomnium - "Theology questions for Carico"
Name Parasomnium
Bible Study
Philosophical ramblings on the Adam & Eve Parable
Message 22
A hilarious spoof, yet with a message for Carico should she care to read it.

What shall it profit a nation if it gain the whole world, yet lose its own soul.
(paraphrasing Mark 8:36)

Re: Parasomnium - "Theology questions for Carico"
Seconded--I was about to nominate it as a humor POTM when I saw nwr's message here.
This is the kind of humor I value most at EvC: quite funny, but substantively contributing to the discussion. In the wrong hands, this kind of reductio ad absurdum can be counterproductively insulting; done as well as this, a gentle parody becomes instructive.
A hilarious spoof, yet with a message for Carico should she care to read it.
Yes, they that have ears to hear, let them hear.

Probably my eyelids.
Actually, I was surprised you'd be interested in that at all, and if you were, I figured the post would sound like theological claptrap. But thanks!
