The jawbones of baboons have the teeth running more or less parallel while the teeth of humans are in somewhat of a V shape. This is to allow for the trachea, esophagus and spinal column to occupy the space in the neck in such a way as to allow the spinal cord to enter the skull at the foramen magnum in a more forward position.
It is generally accepted that
Gigantopithicus spp. were bipedal...if they were quadrupeds they would most likely have been staring at the ground all the time.
Most Nez Perce know what skunks smell like and would most likely be happy to explain the difference to anyone that would take the time to ask.
At any rate, whether Bigfoot exists or not is another matter altogether. They are not likely to be a hybrid between humans and chimps.
