This is not true. Anyone can pursue adult stem cell research. In fact, adult stem cells are more useful and they give better results than than the embryonic stem cells. We are pursuing adult stem cell research. We do not have to kill another human being to save some one using embryonic stem cells.Yes, our dominance in the world is dying. Because of our own stupidity in 1992, we gave away the priced technologies away . In fact we allowed China and Japan to steal our technology. We could not be dumber than this. Marxists have managed to destroy our manufacturing industries by transferring them to other countries. R& D for the fortune 500 companies is being done in India. WE excelled in everything. But, because of pressure from Social engineers and globalists, we caved in. In the next 5 years, we will only have Walmart and McDonalds because of transferring technologies, transferring manufacturing induetries, massive illegal invasion and Outsourcing. Yes, you are right on. Socialism rules Canada and Capitalism rules the USA. In Canada Marxists are known as Capitalists. In the USA, the correct spelling for capitalists is CAPITALISTS.

Stem Cell research has now become a political issue. Politics will and can use "Junk " Science to justify the position. Same is true for Global Warming. Watch for the new book by the Ex Vice President Al Gore.

I did not do this. This had been politicalized long before I came into this forum.Yes, "Junk" Scientists only need the political platform. Those who wanted to kill lives in the name of Stem /cell research have politicalized this issue. Same is true on Abortion, Euthanasia etc. Logic and reasoning have been overpowered by Junk Scientists and politicians in Academics and industry.

When the sperm fertilizes the egg, all the processes of cell multiplication and division proceed. If there is no life, how will these processes occur? Once the embryo is formed, it has life. you cannot refute this. If you refute this, this is not science.We do not have any definition of life so far. But, all that we have is the information about the characteristics of life and living organisms. I am not aware of anyone declaring that embryonic cell stem research is equivalent to murdering children.Yes, if you assume that the embryo has no life, then murdering anyone at any stage of life is allowed.Euthanaisa is also allowed.
