I think you are going to have to clarify this question considerably.
What do you mean by 'pre extinction ages' ?
Extinction of what ?
The whale intermdiate fossils have been found on what is now dry land, most of them in Pakistan, but they represent bearlike creatures that foraged in shallow seas, so the fossils themselves were not formed on land.
BTW I think Randman has been permanently suspended here so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for him to answer.
