Sorry, folks, forgot we were in daylight savings and I set the time of the server one hour ahead of where it should have been. It's set correctly now, give the All Topics list an hour to catch up and display the latest posts at the top.
After an hour goes by from the time of this post, please post here if your date/times still appear off.
Keep in mind that you can set your timezone on your profile page, in which case all times will be displayed in your local time zone, including the date/times of message edits. Or, if you prefer, you can select that all date/times be displayed in the timezone of the discussion board, which is Eastern Time U.S.
