Preventative medicine? Are you insane? How would the rich Repiglicans and drug companies make any profit from people NOT getting sick?
The NY Times had an excellent series of OP-ed articles a while back that revealed the true inefficiencies of the private medical insurance business in this country. Turns out, the insurance companies spend more money hiring people to try and
shift responsibility for claims to government agencies and others than they actually spend on care for the people they insure. Go figure. F***ing profit-driven parasites.
