Re: Bill Moyers on media bias
I'm sorry, I find it hard even to read Moyers, knowing how much leftist bias there is in every word he utters. Perhaps you could help me out with some actual facts from the piece? The salient points at least.
That's really, really sad.
Does hearing the truth upset your carefully constructed fantasy world so much? If you are so sure you are right then surely mere words are perfectly safe.
I actually like to read all sides... even when they are very silly

Re: OK, here's some evidence that the media is biased to the right
FYI... Liberlism and Socialism (which are very different things) have little to nothing to do with Communism (which is an economic system with a command economy).
There are many, many, capitalist socialist democracies in the world... (in fact you actually live in one... although the US leans a bit more towards capitalism and less towards socialism than much of western europe)

Re: OK, here's some evidence that the media is biased to the right
even "american liberalism" refers to 'a broad political and philosophical mindset, favoring liberty, and opposing restrictions on liberty,' which is a traditionally CONSERVATIVE position. "liberals" used to be the ones in support of government restrictions.
Good points brenna.... Reminds me of why I used to be a "conervative" and now am a "liberal".
The funny thing is... I still believe in a lot of the same things.
Weird how that works
