From here.
quote:
Frankly, Salty, I do not take offense at his* words either. If I were a Darwinist, however, I doubt that I would think calling me the son of the devil was civil, and I would probably respond in kind.
That is what I am trying to stop.
The point he made is a good one; the Darwinists have taken refuge in Academia, and are working hard to ensure that the next generation supports their belief.
*Wordswordsman wrote: "Darwinism was breach-born of the same father of lies that inspired the building and fellowship around the Tower of Babel. It is unregenerate man sticking his tongue out at God. But for now the scoffers, the atheists, the agnostics and Pagans need a somewhere to hang out, now in the halls of "reformed science". They have hijacked the realm of science and converted their concept of it into a religion that benefits not one soul on earth."

Hah! At least we know where old Wordy ended up. Since he couldn't handle the heat here (I remember something about scientists = sorcerers and him having to shrive his soul or something after posting here), I'm glad he found a nice safe haven where he can be protected from contamination. Kinda reminds me of the reason for setting up a sanctuary zone inside a wildlife refuge to totally protect keystone species...

I wonder if Wordsworthman will be too kooky even for Terry.
