Re: fake "dimensions"
wow.
as simple as 2 + 2 =4, or maybe more like 3*4/7?
you must be an exception.
just my own opinion--we tend to be complicated--as a rule of them.

My ideas are so simple, clear, and reasonable, it makes me wonder why so few adopt them. It makes me think that there is in me an unhealthy detachment.
ABE: perhaps others feel this way?

Re: fake "dimensions"
okay, I take that back.
you're a simple as 1.
dude . . .
maybe there is an unhealthy sense of detachment in you, but then, who am I to judge. I get more social interaction on this thread than in my life--ahh, the joys of being introverted.

I still prefer the political compass
Your scores:
Radicalism: 80 percent
Tenderness: 45.5 percent
Socialism: 78 percent
These scores indicate that you are a radical; this is the political profile one might associate with a university professor. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.
To round out the picture, your attitudes towards economics appear socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as left-wing.

Re: I still prefer the political compass
Do you think Fred Phelps would be considered "tender" with this test?
I do think the political compass is more consistent (has it passed mod's test?)

Interesting figures
Radicalism: 35 percent
Tenderness: 59 percent
Socialism: 34 percent
"These scores indicate that you are a conservative; this is the political profile one might associate with a police officer. It appears that you are accepting of religion, and have a pragmatic attitude towards humanity in general.
To round out the picture, your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as right-wing."

you know, I find it funny that the tests define conservatives with the word
"tender"
makes me think of the goody-two-shoes liberals, the mushy kind. not conservatives.
And I'm not sure how a high score of radicalism equates liberalism. there are both liberals and conservatives that are radical--nazism and communism are the archetypes (stereotypes?)
this test IS wierd.

Conservative bias
That test is biased towards conservatives, and this coming from a conservative. I was thinking that the entire time while I was taking it based off how they worded the questions. Furthermore, 52 questions, or however many it was, is not enough to really determine anything by quotient. As far as radicalism is concerned, I don't think that has any bearing on liberal or conservative ideals, it was how you answered your questions. If you chose "Strongly disagree" or "strongly agree" for most of your answers, then it would probably categorize you as a "radical" which is another objection that I had with the test.
It was fun but it had many inconsistencies to make it credible.

Your scores:
Radicalism: 74 percent
Tenderness: 33.5 percent
Socialism: 50 percent
These scores indicate that you are a tough-minded radical; this is the political profile one might associate with a liberated atheist. It appears that you are cynical towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.
To round out the picture, your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as left-wing.
A fair enough assessment, I suppose, but I still don't get this 'tenderness' metric.

Radicalism: 68
Tenderness: 36.5
Socialism: 38

I don't get the 'tough' and 'tender' thing, either. And 'cynical towards religion' is loaded. Why not 'skeptical'? And what's a 'liberated atheist'? How would you know the difference between one of those and an unliberated atheist?
Who is this group, anyway?

Re: libertarian
Who is this group, anyway?
It is a new religion created about five years ago or so. They are fortunate that they have the TRUTH™ and know that Intelligence is necessary to seek the TRUTH™ and so support eugenics. They seem to be a pretty much nutcase group as seen in this quote:
But the results of the tests themselves are enlightening: Richard Lynn, in his 2005 book, "Race Differences in Intelligence: An Evolutionary Analysis" provides data showing that East Asians score an average of 105 for IQ, Whites an average of 100, Amerindians an average 87, Africans an average of 67, and Australoids an average of 62. Notice that these last two groups, Africans and Australoids, average below 70”the threshold for mental retardation in White society.

Re: libertarian
Anybody notice the range of scores that get this result:
These scores indicate that you are a tough-minded radical; this is the political profile one might associate with a liberated atheist. It appears that you are cynical towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.
Seems rather broad to me.
