Its a good idea, but the questions seem to be asking whether one agrees with each thing rather than merely understanding it. A quick solution would be to preceed the questions with something like "According to research..."
Compare to a similar test about the ToC: "Was the world created in six days by God?"... "according to the book of Genesis..." might be a truer test. Or you could ask if one understands each concept such as basic chemistry, catalysis, mutation, radiation of species, bottle-necks (I'm bluffing now - I'm sure I read something about this somewhere), asexual and sexual reproduction, etc. As it stands it feels a bit like a logical trap - ie once you've agreed with each part, how can you refute the whole?
Also, school tests are a very good way to assess understanding, so why not make it more schooly?
I think it's a great idea, but we have to be careful that a test doesn't influence what the reader thinks, but merely tests it.
