Sure, the fallouts would spread radiation and block sunlight for enough days that we would feel the effects, but again it would take many more than 5 elephant made nukes to destroy this world.
For a starter, perhaps a young elephant such as yourself could tell us what you mean by "destroy".

i just heard that if u blew up 5 nukes at the same time, then it would blow the Earth off its orbit and freeze the Earth. or knock it into the sun.

hearsay evidence is weak at best, wrong at worst. it tends to go towards the worst side.
it seams as if you're using "destroy" for destroying the planet, making it crumble and no longer exist (except for in tiny pieces).
Don't quote me on this, but there are two asteroids close by (in the belt, that is) that are capable of annihilating the earth. Possibly more (can't remember). Just for reference, the one that caused the yucatan peninsula crater (part of dino's dying) was but 6km (i think) in diameter. Creating a 100+km wide crater. Much more power than five simultaneous nukes (and the best quality at that) was released with that impact. Earth is still here.
As to that map--it might have something to do with your IP address, but I don't know.

estimates waaay off
see
Chicxulub crater - Wikipedia
Your "6" is miles kms is 10.
quote:
approximately 100,000 gigatons of TNT[1], on impact. By contrast, the most powerful explosive device ever detonated, the Tsar Bomba or Emperor Bomb, had a yield of only one-twentieth of a gigaton.
The earth is dammed big. It will not be knocked to pieces by an ordinary astoroid collision.
The current consensus is that the moon originated when a mars sized body hit the earth somewhere over 4 billion years ago. May have ripped what crust there was off and a lot of mantle but the earth survived sort of intact.
