One that I would modify only slightly:

Funny, he chose the word "believe".

Is it? Consider the way that statement is almost 100% stated:

... it makes perfect sense. You can even visualize the "hand quotes" when he says it.

Nobody claims to "not understand evolution" .... eh? Yet that is what they commonly show.

But this topic is not about what the quotes say, just what your favorites are.
