Several questions....
# To be considered a prophet or a false prophet what does one's batting average have to be?
# Is there partial credit for a prophecy? Does partial fulfillment count?
# Just how specific does a prophecy have to be. For example, can a prophet claim that god told him that there will be an earthquake in 2007 and some weather records will be broken.
1- 100% of what they say, subjective or not.
2- not unless it was specified as a partial prophecy, or the prophet did not understand what it was he saw, or was told.
3- I do not think a prophecy needs to be specific at all, however if you are going to be blabbing your mouth off about everything that you think God tells you, it better be pretty specific and accurate, IMO.
