Periods, dude. Learn to use them. They come in handy for separating sentences into coherent thoughts, for instance.
As a student of letters let me add this advice - stream-of-conciousness writing is way too hard to read to be useful at communicating scientific or mathematical reasoning. I highly reccomend you edit and revise if you expect anyone to understand and respond to this.
No one's doubting your intelligence; it just won't be accessable to us if you're unable to write clearly.
