Re: Streets of Gold
It is certainly one analysis which seems to keep The Great Prophets and Bible Interpreters of All Times busy.

Re: heaven = lumber?
My idea of heaven would be a giant toolbox and an endless supply of lumber.
That's very interesting...
Do you ever have any trouble getting pencils from the delivery drivers?

Re: Question for anyone who believes in an afterlife
Of course, like Danielle's said, if we have to just sit there and worship some stuck-up ignorant old man all day, then it doesn't really mater what the rest of it's like!
Some Rabbi answered this for Michael Savage one day. Savage loves to talk about it... yap yap yap... But it's a good point the ol' Rabbi made! "God doesn't need us to worship Him. We need to worship Him."
We become like... what we worship.
Edited by Rob, : No reason given.

In heaven there is no need for deliveries (unless somebody enjoys driving a truck that much ). The lumber pile never diminishes.
And the pencils never need sharpening.
