I am not sure this topic has been previously breached but I have always been amazed at how similar that the world's religions really are both present day and historically. Most believe in an after life and some form of a God and if you do certain things you will go to some form of heaven plus other aspects that tells us that they must have sprung from a common beginning. My question is, "How or why are the religions so similar and does this mean we did come from a common source/geographical area/era that generated these similarities?"
