Faith was (I seem to remember) over 60. She's no longer here.
Jar I know is over 60 (pretty sure, at any rate), but he hasn't posted.

as of now, based solely on who has posted in this thread.
38.174 (some I rounded up--like if you're birthday was soon to come and gave two ages (though not dani's or jon's double ages)). I had 878/23. comes out younger than I thought.

with dubious numerological significance and a recent appearance in popular cinema. (...it all makes sense now!)

Lucky for me, Jon (aka 'something unpronounceable beginning with T') posted his age. That means I'm not the youngest, being about a month or two older than he is.
Thus, I'm 18. "And, lo, a great beast did stand before me, having seven heads, and on each head were there seven mouths, and in each mouth were there seventy times seven teeth. For truly there were seven times seven times seven times seventy teeth, meaning there were. . . okay, carry the three, adding twenty. . . plus that extra tooth on the third mouth of the sixth head. . . Well, there were indeed a great many teeth" - The Revelation of St. Bryce the Long-Winded |

22 and i know this will sound audacious to most of you elders, but it feels old.
I recently had the epiphany that I probably peaked athletically a few years ago (sigh).

Check my profile... and yes, that really is my birthday. Uh... yeah, so anyway... I'm not sure if that counts as a round up or a round down for me, but I just wanted to make that clear... I'm not 30 yet. Ferret brain activity increased just 20 percent when looking at Keanu Reeves compared to looking at darkness, the study found.

JustinC writes: 22 and i know this will sound audacious to most of you elders... I felt the same at that age. I was irked enough by having to leave my teens behind, so you can imagine how I feel about being nearly 30.

JustinC writes: I recently had the epiphany that I probably peaked athletically a few years ago (sigh). Sounds about the same as me. I'd say that the fittest I've ever been was probably around the 18 - 21 range. 33 years old last year although I still feel psychologically like a kid.
I still can't help laughing at childish toilet humour, rude words and I love swearing. I still get shy in front of real grown ups and still use words like ace, skill and wicked. I still read viz. Do I win 5 pounds?

Me, too, cavediver: I thought you were hoary and gray. Only on the inside I started young, so I've decided to have my normal childhood starting now... any of the girls here up for kiss-chase???

I loved turning 30. It's been my favorite birthday so far.
We'll see how I feel about 40 next year.

Weird. From this thread I've noticed that people in their late 30s and over seem to much more content with their age than those in their late 20s.
Does that mean that everyone goes through an "oh no I'm getting old" phase when they're in their late 20s and then either become content with their age or realise that complaining about getting old is futile, or is it only very recently that someone in their late 20s could possibly be perceived as being old? By the way, 21 here .

You sound like an older version of me, especially with the saying 'ace' all the time, haha.
Thing is... recently I had to share the company of a load of 17 year olds, and girl told me that the word 'ace' was quite old fashioned. I was hurt at first, but I became obsessed with this and had to find out, so I asked lots of people aged 18 and under whether or not they said 'ace', and it turns out that there are a lot more young people who say 'ace' than those who don't. Which I thought was pretty ace...
