44, I have a daughter near your age
I'm 45, and my daughter is only 4.
I have an 11-year-old daughter, too, though, and my oldest son is 16.
Still, I'll be 58 when the last one leaves the house. Whew.
My family lives with another. The dad of that family is 60, and his youngest daughter is just 11.

I read somewhere that a person's perceived life time is half over at age 21 and I think that there is something to that.
They lived the wrong life. It seems apparent to me that over 2/3 of my life has been spent over the age of 21, and I'm only 45. 21 was so long ago I filed it away in the history cabinet with things like the Reformation and the Civil War.

I've noticed that of the conservative posters who have given their ages, they are mostly either rather older than most or younger than most.
I'm curious, being in the 30 to 60 age group, are you marking me as conservative, progressive, or neither?
