There's no water to act as a solute
ITYM solvent.
"solute (sŏl'yūt, sō'lūt)
n.
1. A substance dissolved in another substance, usually the component of a solution present in the lesser amount."
"solvent (sŏl'vənt, sl'-)
Chemistry.
1. a. A substance in which another substance is dissolved, forming a solution.
b. A substance, usually a liquid, capable of dissolving another substance."

Re: Life on the Moon?
True but you can’t have one with out the other. If one were to be disproven the other would be disproven as well.
Nope. Evolution with life originating by Divine poofing works fine (that's the belief of some theistic evolutonists).
