One More Person needed plus
someone like percy to do the line-up.
basically, you can't have played more than one of us and cannot be in the tourney.
and please, one more person needs to sign up.

Tourney info
Winners proceed to your next match. sorry that jon likes to move once every other to 3 days.
As to the losers . . .hope is not lost. The Tourney is double elimination. someone just needs to figure out the tree. and as I did not ask to be put in the chess council, i'll leave it to the person who put me in--jon.
note: this is not me returning. this is me doing a sporadic post because certain people in the chess council aren't doing their jobs.

sorry, I was the one who confused bluegenes and truthlover.
to bluegenes:
nyeusigrube is having severe computer problems, and will for about a week. so she'll be losing the game. the solution? gk records the moves made, so you to can play again once her computer is running, and you two can make the same moves to get back to the current point.

Nemesis is gone for roughly 3ish months or so. He's with the Coast Gaurd right now.
My game with jon is almost over--i can't believe he's been dragging out a tourney game. Our game started first (02-24), and will finish last (probably in another 9ish days). I feel sorry for whoever he has to play next, cause i'm betting he will again take forever to move.
As he's also been suspended, he won't be able to post here for 2 weeks.
When nyesigrube's computer gets fixed, she has to replay her game with bluegenes--it will hopefully be fixed this evening.

Re: finally
i've won the game. yet another win by timeout though .
how is everyone else's game going?
not sure who I'm up against next, but I'd love to actually play a game to the finish.

nye is back
hey bluegenes.
you're in luck. nyeusigrube's computer is working again. go ahead and challenge her for a re-match (like we had said earlier). the condition though is that you all have to play out the same moves--which can be done by checking your game history, finding the one vs. nyeusigrube, and then playing it out.
i'll be keeping an eye on the game to make sure.
have fun.

Re: nye is back
yeah, it's supposed to be her challenging you (but there's a reason she won't, and I don't feel like getting kicked in the balls for saying it by her).
thanks to my screw up when starting the tourney, I don't know who you all play next. however, truthlover has a tourney tree set up that answers that question.
I do know she's still interested in the tourney, and neither of us expected it to take so long for the comp to be fixed (we both thought it would be a short deal, but customer service has other ideas apparently . . .).
you all shouldn't hold things up too long, I would think (esp. when compared to jon's molasses like speed of moving).

Re: nye is back
i've already told tudwell to move on. NJ's out for this tourney, so that's right.
as to the situation with nye, i'm talking with her about it. will update this post shortly.
the rest looks good.
ABE:
nye really wants to replay her game against bluegenes. I don't see a reason why not, if they play very quickly (which they should--the game was roughly halfway over, i think, and they're just repeating moves recorded by gameknot--no reason to lollygag about.) in fact, if it's okay with bluegenes (it is with nye), I'm going to put a severe time limit on the game. It has to be finished no later than saturday, 12:00pm (eastern time). if it's not, the person whose move it is loses the match.
in otherwords, that game had best be started today.
that cool with you, bluegenes?
Edited by kuresu, : No reason given.

Re: finally
gameknot will e-mail you when you've been challenged. Heck, it'll even e-mail you everysingle time it's your move.
thing is, you have to change what it e-mails to you in your profile.
you can even change what the chess board looks like from your PoV (only four choices though).

so . . .
how are everyone's game's going?
The only one's I'm aware of being finished for tourney play is the one between me and anglagard--which ended ten days ago (assuming today is the 27th--it might be the 28th)
Would it be possible for you all to finish somewhat soon? (and yes, this includes jon's incredibly slow moving. I pity the person who's playing him).
