A personal morality

That doesn't make any sense. If your other reasons are sufficient, then they don't get less sufficient just because one reason has been removed.If you're wearing a belt and suspenders, then your pants don't fall down just because you take the belt off. The suspenders are still there to hold your pants up.

If we're talking about things that are only immoral because it's your belief God says they are, then if you stopped believing in God, why would doing those things still be immoral?

Why does your conscience say they're immoral? Why are they bad just because it goes against your conscience? Isn't it possible that your "conscience" is just your internalized tendency to conform to the moral standards of your community? (I would say that the Milgram experiment definitely suggests that it is.)

I find your example somewhat faulty, because you don't take into account how your view of morality and ethics would change when you became an atheist. You might very well find that you gained a new moral sense to replace the "god-sense" that previously held you in check.I think people are moral by habit, and I doubt that atheism would cause a big change to your habits. If you're in the habit of only getting into fights some of the time, then I doubt you would find yourself in many more of them. (And fighting isn't necessarily morally wrong, anyway, although the way you do it seems a little reckless.)
