Hello, Annexus20 and welcome to EvC. We are a moderated forum which means that our topics have a set of
Forum Guidelines. One of these guidelines is that
Bare links with no supporting discussion should be avoided. Make the argument in your own words and use links as supporting references. Ideally, what I would like to see you do if you want to propose a new topic is to make it in the form of a question that you wish to debate.
Points should be supported with evidence and/or reasoned argumentation. Address rebuttals through the introduction of additional evidence or by enlarging upon the argument. Do not repeat previous points without further elaboration. Avoid bare assertions.
Posting boards usually work really well if a participant takes the time to read what others have to say and develops his/her own point of view on a given topic beforehand.
If you want to discuss the link you gave us, you will have to give us your beliefs and observations in brief in your opening post. It appears that Alan Cresswell has his own
discussion board at the site of that link.
If you choose to join in on our debates before starting a new topic, that is recommended. If you still want to have us promote this topic,
feel free to edit it and let me know that it has been edited. I will then reconsider promoting it.
