Re: How Sweet it is!
Let's try this again.
So...keys...
Not because all the science is perfect
What do you find lacking in the museum's science?

I don't know, I said it 'may' be lacking, or something like that. But If I do find something, you likely will find it off topic.

Then bring the evidence in, you expect us to do your homework for you?
Yes, do!
What is the evidence presented by the museum, keys?

then bring the evidence in, you expect us to do your homework for you? Read RAZD's thread, (It just keeps adding up -- the earth is OLD. (Message 1 of Thread Age Correlations and an Old Earth: Version 1 No 3 (formerly Part III) in Forum Dates and Dating)), and discuss/refute the evidence he has presented with some of your own.
The evidence is more than the confines of the science threads on this forum allow. All that goes on there is a show trial, with selected evidence allowed. Besides, this thread apparently has to keep a narrow focus, about museums. Guess that means it is done. It is only the ideas behind why they exist that are worth discussing.

Then join the debate, staying out of it and lobbing tomatoes isn't doing your side any good.
As for the topic of this thread: Living in Alberta I've seen many letters to the editor of my local paper about this "museum". All the creationism supporters have are the same old debunked arguements and reccomend spokespeople/hucksters like convicted tax cheat Kent Hovind.
Well too bad, we are not allowed to discuss them here.

Didn't you just say it wasn't what you thought that mattered? Just the admins? Well, how is it you think you can wander around as you wish in the discussing of ideas, when you seem to think no one else can?

Any scientific evidence is allowed in the science threads, bring it over and let it stand on its merits.
Besides, this thread apparently has to keep a narrow focus, about museums
Which is why I have linked to RAZD's Message 1 thrice now.

Where to discuss?
Well too bad, we are not allowed to discuss them here.
Well, there are lots of places to discuss any of the issues. You may bring up anything presented in the creation museum and see if you can support it.
Since an old earth is a big issue for many creationists perhaps you would like to visit RASD's thread and add the information you think has been selected out.
While you are at it you can explain the correlations given there.

What does that have to do with the museum?? Why sell other parts of a forum here on this thread??

Maybe some day I might start a thread in the coffee house on that stuff. AS I say, I am not interested in a mock trial, where the truth is not invited, and the only evidence dealt with is natural.

Re: Where to discuss?
If I was to look at that, I would not discuss it in the confines of a kangaroo court style setting. I prefer to have more flexibility to look at all evidences, including things this forum does not consider science.

Re: Where to discuss?
Should you wish to discuss "all evidences" of "creation" there are over 1000 threads available in "Social and Religious Issues".

None, but what does this have to do with creationist lies?
Keys writes:
Well, you claim that the universe started at some point where you have no, as you put it "none" proof at all at all at all.
Actually this is not what I claimed. The original statement you made was "How much science is in the pre Big Bang Stories?". My answer was "none". If you care to supply me with some quotes or links about what science claims was factual about a PRE big bang I would be quite interested to see it. At this point I stand by my statement that there is no science in this field.
Keys writes:
OK, so you talk about things you do not know about at all.
That is not what I said nor what I implied. I do know about so called "creation science". I am well aware of its claims, I am well aware that each and every claim I have looked into is easily disputed, I am also well aware that they have done nothing to progress science. So you ask "What exactly is creation science?" and I answer - I do not know. It is certainly not science. If you care to explain what it is besides an empty void; false scientific claims and easily disproved hypothesis, I would be overjoyed.
Keys writes:
I am trying to find a baseline to understand why you think that standard universe origin lies are any different than the FSM and its comical alternative.
Evidence. Textbooks, scientists, whole fields of research producing repeatable results. The flying spaghetti monster has no such luxury - hence my reasons for comparing FSM to creation science.
Keys writes:
Why bring up doctors??
You make the claim that illness is caused by evil spirits and you do not think that doctors should be informed? All the years of scientific research into the health industry and years of training by these doctors and its all wrong? If an exorcist can replace doctors I do firmly believe that they should be informed.
Keys writes:
Do you have any proof it is not so?
You want me to prove that there is no such thing as evil spirits that cause people illness? Besides the entire field of medical research ... Are you serious?
Who says the museums are based on science any more than your claims of some early big bang?
Join the science threads and show me the evidence. Please. I mean I really am interested to read just one bit of evidence that shows a 6000 year Earth.
