Any comment on this? (The evil of television?)

Certainly a rather extremist perspective, but may well be a lot of truth in it also. I have a lot of dubious TV available to me, and I only have what's available via broadcast (no cable or satalite dish).And a perhaps not unrelated side comment - The Dubya administration, via the FCC, is trying to let the control of TV be concentrated into the hands of even fewer people. In case you don't already know, the head of the FCC, whose first name I don't recall, has the last name of Powell.
