I got the distinct impression that the attorney who wrote this dictated the mess into a recorder then was too lazy to edit it afterward. It's very poorly written with run-on sentences, multiple uses of passive language, paragraphs too long and a great deal of surplusage. Also, if you notice, it says at the bottom of page two that Booker was hired in August 2007, only two months ago. This is inconsistent with the rest of the factual statement, and obviously a mistake.
If this is representative of the work that this attorney does, I wouldn't be worried to go up against him.
