Absolutely. Not just a thread, an entire forum devoted to snide commentary and member discrimination. It's not email tho'. Constantly. It's what we live for. The discussion of one particular poster actually exceeded the 300 post limit. That and the free beer at the weekend member roasts are why we became admins in the first place. Of course. After all, we much prefer abject tyranny. All dictators live in fear of revolution. If we didn't spend all our time keeping the plebes in line, they might get notions.

Because the discussions are meant to be scientific in nature and positions should ideally have evidentiary support. These are not considered primary concerns in many of the faith forums. Don't ask me why, I don't frequent the faith forums generally either as a member or as an admin.One reason might be that if the same rigorous standards were applied to the faith forums then a number of the creationist members excluded from the science forums for failing to support their arguments might similarly be excluded from the faith forums. I'm not sure if we currently have any such members active, but there have been a number over the last few years.The existence of this 'double standard' has been gone over ad nauseam in many threads both public and private. It still seems to be the best compromise which has been proposed.TTFN,WK

I do like a bit of sunshine. What fear, of what? There are over 400 of them. Most of the threads are simply uninteresting like how to merge accounts and so on. If you want to know who is 'favoured' and who is not, look in the Suspensions thread - that will give you a pretty solid picture.Edited by AdminModulous, : No reason given.

Why do you think that they are? Give us some examples so we can understand why you believe that Admins are afraid of a little sunshine. We can't. If we sent you a link to that forum, you would get an automatically generated message saying that you can't access the forum.Honestly, though, you really aren't missing any juicy details.I'm sure the mind can wander, wondering if its a smoke-filled room full of Admins twisting their moustaches, devising plots and starting rumors-- but alas, its not.
