I'm just wondering...
1)How does someone become an Administrator or a moderator?

2)is there a forum where people can apply for it?

3)do the Administrators choose certain members or do they observe a members ability to follow and set an example to the other members, about the forum guidelines?

4)What kind of aspects are acceptable in becoming a Administrator or Moderator?

5)What is needed, in order to be given Administrative or Moderator Privileges?
