Can someone fully agree to something he only knows little about?! If I saw somebody walking with a SAK in his pocket, then 1 hour later, I see someone with cut marks on his face and his throat had been slit ear to ear, would you consider that factual evidence to tie the person I saw with a SAK in his pocket of killing the other person?
