Thread Reopen Requests

Closing the Frozen Tropical Animals thread seems too easy a copy out for someone who makes assertions but refuses to provide any supporting evidence when challenged. He could now plead that he was just about to provide his evidence but the thread is closed and he is too busy to ask for it to be reopened.BTW, as initiator of the thread, I thought I might have had some input into a decision to close the thread or not rather than basing it on Buzsaw's behaviour.

I think you are being overly generous to Buzsaw. He gives an assertion as part of the proof for his belief in a conopy theory of Noah's flood etc. He is asked to give evidence for that specific assertion. He fails to provide anything remotely resembling supprting evidence. He then refuses to address the matter further whilst still ingulding in giving his opinion in other thrreads.He is at the least being disingenuous in a discussion, at worst trolling. At the very least Buzsaw should be warned that his behaviour in the "Frozen Tropical Animals" thread is unacceptable and repeating such behaviour would warrant banning.

Do I at least get an acknowlegement from management?

Admoose, I think you will find that messy posted an average of two messages for each post by other participants on the "Giants" thread. I think your casting of aspertions on crashfrog is unwarranted.There seemed to be some progress towards teaching messy a bit of the scientific method and to imbue him (?) with some skepticism towards sources.And the participants seem to be enjoying themselves. Isn't that as important as staying on topic?I think management needs to lay a very light hand on discussions.

Just checking if Ken has complained about censorship by closure of his Directory of creationist sites, essays, arguments, and quotes thread yet. Of course, as this is the logical place for him to register a complaint, it should be the last place to find it.
