Spammer Suspended: mike9931
This thread contains a record of who is suspended and who is banned. You can only get suspended or banned for violations of the Forum Guidelines, and usually only after several warnings.

Reinstatement only requires sending email to Admin with assurances that the guidelines will be followed in the future.

Please, no posts by non-administrators to this thread. Comments and feedback can be made in threads in the Suggestions forum. The plan is that the last message in this thread will always contain the latest information.

I'm not sure I see any reason to ever restore his posting privileges. After all his promises that he would follow moderator requests and the forum guidelines, he was never able to do so.
