ICANT, it's not that I don't believe you, it's that, well, I don't believe you. In all my years going from church to church talking to preachers after preachers, I have never once in my life encountered a preacher that wasn't in support of ID. The catholic church is in full support of evolution and in full nonsupport of ID, and even then I have found many many priests who have disagreed with the church's stance on this issue.

Maybe subconsciously you don't think you support ID. But let's be honest. What are the chances of you actually believing in GOD and not support a "theory" that claims GOD to be behind it all?

IFF you truly are what you claim to be, which is a christian preacher that doesn't support ID or YEC, then you'd be the first I've ever even heard of. IFF that's the case, you go you.

I happen to be a creationist of a sort. I see evolution as creation happening. I am not an ID proponent yet, as it is both poorly thought out and presented.
I do not see ID as having to point to anything supernatural. The supernatural (beyond or outside nature) does not exist. There are simply things that are beyond our detection or understanding, Likely to such a degree, (perhaps infinite) that we will never reach the destination.
Each discovery brings both new perspective/understanding and endless questions.
Big bang of the intellect, so to speak.
