Art comes from an artist. I wonder if you'd be willing to extrapolate such magnificence one step further to deduce that design comes from a Designer.
Where is the need to extrapolate any further? I mean consider tessla's art via tessalations following the ideas of more crystalline structures. That kind of 'art' exhibited in natural world occurs due to particular kinds of crystals being thermodynamically favorable.
Basically where is the need to extrapolate further when natural processes or emergent processes are occurring building something that can be construed as 'art' without having an artist around with the brush?
