Re: Why would we want to?
Perhaps there will be one or two that agree at least in part???

Certainly there will be several other posters who get all their information from the exact same website from which you crib yours.

They will posts EXACTLY what you've posted and perhaps one of the 20 or so other PRATTs (Points Refuted A Thousand Times)

Something like: "Why are there still monkeys?" Or "Where did the first male and female come from and how did they find each other?"

Frankly, you can do us ALL a favor and go READ some of the other threads. ALL of the crap you've posted has been dealt with OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again.

Here's another tip: When cribbing off a Creationist website, you may want to check your sources.

Re: Why would we want to?
My answer is a question :-) What evidence would a non creationist need to become a creationist?

I tracked down the topic - Would Evolutionists accept evidence for Creation?

I will also "bump" it.

Re: Why would we want to?
You do realize that Christanity is made up of a variety of sects, one of which is Catholicism yes? So if one refers to Christanity, they are also referring at least implicitly to Catholicism.

Re: Why would we want to?
BTW I haven't yet been to a creationist website. But maybe I need to go there to find a discussion instead of full frontal attacks by those who don't like it when you step on the toes of their god "Evolution" (MACRO)

Whoever said that Catholicism and Christianity were the same thing?

Catholics.

Are you going to deny the single largest Christian constituency?

Seriously?

Re: Why would we want to?
BTW I haven't yet been to a creationist website.

So, you came up with "Nebraska Man" on your own?

I have a degree in Archaeology. I studied biological anthropology. Even I had never heard of Nebraska Man until I started hearing Creationists spout about it.

It's a NON-event for science. It ONLY gets brought up when people find find out about it on Creationist websites.

You decided that Lucy was a fraud on your own? Based on what?

I don't want to get too confrontational here, but you're lying. You know you are lying, I know you are lying.

OBVIOUSLY you've been to Creationist websites, otherwise you wouldn't be trotting out tired old Creationist arguments.

If you had started off with "why are there still monkeys?" or "Darwin was a racist" I could buy that you came up with that crap on your own. But "Lucy is a fraud because she has no feet". No, that's straight out of Aig or DI.

Here's a tip: When you find yourself lying to try and win an argument, it's a good sign that you are on the wrong side of that argument.

Step one... you are right in science you do start with evidence... evolution is religion :-)

Evolution is based on fact, evidence of objective reality that is all around you, so close in fact that you touch it every day (or it touches you). A thread about to close (or that has been closed) is on this topic alone -- 300 posts that failed to provide any real comparison of evolution and religion.

I will have to answer much tomorrow me thinks

That's what happens when you come and make a large number of posts based on false information and poor logic. I would suggest that rather than answer all the posts with more off the cuff poorly thought out ad hoc responses, that you read everything and sit down and consider that you have been foolish.

Perhaps there will be one or two that agree at least in part???

With your logical fallacies or with the truth? The real question for you is how do you determine the truth of a concept.

Whether the truth surrounds you or not is irrelevant if you would rather believe used car salesmen than people that study the evidence for truth.

Enjoy.
