Yes. What happened is that at Borders Books cafe, a singer (who is also a body builder) said between songs that the Pres ought to start lifting weights since he has chicken legs. Somebody complained and the local (Fredericksburg, VA) Borders banned the singer. I think that you can find the story at the Fred, VA newspaper website.
