I found a battery lying on the sidewalk. Now, how can I use ID theory to figure out if my new battery is designed or not?

Because I know that the battery is designed. I anticipate that an ID proponent will be able to use ID on the battery, since we ALREADY KNOW that the battery is designed. This would then beg the question, why are they not able to use it on the rock.
