Short Evolution/Creationism Debate on Anderson Cooper
I've watched a fair number of evolution/creation debates, and from my point of view the one thing they share in common is that the creationists always come out on top because they succeed in confusing the issue. This short debate between Robert Boston of Americans United for Separation of Church and State and Charmaine Yoest of the Family Research Council is one of the rare exceptions. It's only five minutes long, but watch how with a simple question Boston cuts through the fog, gets to the core of the issue, and completely destroys Yost's credibility.
The debate appears to be from about a year ago.

Link to Discussion Board at New Scientist Magazine
I just discovered a link in a New Scientist article to a very interesting creation/evolution website. The article can be found at Evolution myths: The theory is wrong because the Bible is 'inerrant'
The link is at the very end of the article. Search for the phrase "make up your own mind" and click on it. Great site!

New Book on Creationist Culture
The National Center for Science Education has just made available a PDF of a number of pages from Daniel Radosh's new book Rapture Ready! Adventures in the Parallel Universe of Christian Pop Culture.
To view the PDF click here. The excerpts mostly recount Radosh's visit to AiG's creation science museum.
Ken Ham's manner is shown in dangerous contrast to Kent Hovind's buffoonery. At the end of the day Hovind will tell you you'll burn in hell, but if he could I have a feeling Ham would burn you himself.

Re: "All Science is Historical Science"
I've often argued this position but have never managed to say it as well as this:
John Timmer writes:
Almost all science is fundamentally a reconstruction of the pastthe only difference is how far into the past the reconstruction reaches.
