Evidence comes from observations of the natural world using our senses, not from a proposition about what might be true if something else were true.
You also have problems with terminology. While we all know what it means to say that life is within something, all it means is that the lifeform is still alive. Scientifically, being alive is not a matter of being inhabited by a substance called life, a substance for which there is no evidence. I know there's lots of fiction using phrases like, "The life ebbed from his being...", but that's not science. In science, being alive is an emergent property of living things.
You'll notice that the responses you've drawn so far indicate that people think you're not making much sense. If you state your position using standard scientific terminology while focusing on hard evidence then you're more likely to be understood.
