Bluescat,
I agree that Obama clearly did not deserve nomination much less awardel of the Peace Prize. Even though I voted for the guy (and I am an Independent) to me this probably did more harm than good for the Democrats. If the Democrats are even saying that Obama didn't deserve the Nobel Peace Prize I would love to be a fly on the wall when the Republican caucus berates the poor guy.
To funny for words.

So is Obama, Nicholae Carpathia?

Haven't you heard the news that they actually honest to god produced a birth certificate that says Obama was born in Italy?
I think some ultra-religious nuts are in earnest trying to create from scratch an anti-christ themselves. It is the height of hypocricay and self-righteous stupidity. How someone can lie and fabricate a birth certificate to show that Obama was born in Kenya (or Italy) and try to pass it off as authentic while at the same saying that his birth certificate from Hawaii is a forgery (along with an announcement of his birth in the newspaper and several eyewitnesses to his birth besides his family) and then call himself a Christian and pious is beyond me.

One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we've been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We're no longer interested in finding out the truth. Nobody will know until 2059 when the other 200 or so nominations will be made public. Likely among the 200 or so there must have been a number who did a lot more than community organizing to earn the prize.
Actually that is only partially true. The Nobel Peace Prize committee cannot release the names for 50 years but the various entities that provided nominations are not barred from stating who they submitted for nomination for the Peace Prize.

Re: PP Nominations
Welcome back Buzz. Good to see you again. I am not as active as I used to be because of my workload. However, I enjoyed some of our previous prophetical discussions. Maybe we can back into them again.
