I am researching excerpts from Evolutionists' writings which Duane Gish cites as apologies for paucity of evidence.
I have found information on several of the quotes given in the last chapter of Creation Scientists Answer Their Critics, but I cannot find anything on these:
Ager, D. V. 1976. The nature of the fossil record. Proceedings of the Geological Association 87, 2: 132.
Begley, S. 1985, Science contra Darwin. Newsweek (April 8): 80.
Carroll, R. L., 1988: Vertebrate paleontology and evolution.
New York: H. Freeman and Co.: 4.
Birch, L. C. & Ehrlich, P. R. 1967. Evolutionary history and population biology. Nature 214 (April 22): 349-352.
Gliedman, J. 1982. Miracle Mutations. Science Digest 90 (February 1982): 90-96.
Goldschmidt, R. 1952. Evolution: As viewed by one geneticist,
American Scientist 40 (January): 84-98.
Leith, B. 1981. Are the reports of Darwin's death exaggerated? The Listener 2730 (8 October): 390, 392.
Ridley, M. 1980. [untitled article]. Nature 286 (August 28): 444.
Schwabe L. & Warr, G. C. W. 1984. Perspectives in Biology and Medicine[/b] 27, 3: 468, 474.
Todd, G. T. 1980. Evolution of the lung and the origin of bony fishes: A casual relationship. American Zoologist 26, 4: 757.
Valentine, J. W. 1985. The evolution of complex animals.
in Godfrey, L., ed. What Darwin began: 263.
Wiley, E. O. 1975, Karl R. Popper, systematics, and classification: a reply to Walter Bock and other evolutionary taxonomists. Systematic Zoology 24, 2: 270.
Zuckerman, 1970. Beyond the ivory tower: 64, 75-94.
Also, I'd like to have a copy of this:
Dietz, R. S. 1983. Gish's law. Geotimes 28, 8: 11-12.
I am in South Korea, where nobody has ever heard of interlibrary loan.
I can't find anything on these items except in Creationist Websites.
If you could give me any information on the context of these quotes, I would appreciate it.
Or if you're generous enough to copy some of these items and mail them to me, I would really appreciate it.
