A) Hardcore creationist Buz is fun, ICANT is probably the most frustrating.
B) Pragmatic believer Brotha Bailey is my personal fav since we share a love for classic guitar. Don't see him much these days though. Bluejay is runner up.
C) Pragmatic disbeliever Definitely Mod, the rest of the disbelievers let emotion get involved in their/our opinions. Bluegenes was pretty badass in his debate with RAZD.
D) Rampant atheist Rahvin and you too, Christopher.  Some of the new guys like Hooah are pretty vicious about it, too.
(E) Open-minded skeptic How can it be anyone other than the only true non-psuedoskeptic in this forum?
(G) The third side of the argument I personally like Jazzns, obviously in the social threads. Also, Hyro in these threads always has an intereting perpective.
(F) A category on his own: Catholic Sci takes this one. His beliefs are almost contradictory, but he finds a way to make it not so. Plus, like you, I feel he can insult me and I'm totally cool with it. 
(I) Most missed: That long haired liberal is greatly missed in the social threads. 
Most Ignostic: Mr Onifre "What exactly do you mean by god" Perez. had to get a mention. Because he makes me laugh and keeps us all grounded with his ability to cut through pompous bullshit. This brought a cynical tear to my eye.
He who dares wins: Lyx2no for taking on the mantle of his predecessor with great aplomb. I hate to sound insensitive, but I think its the same dude. - Oni

I'll take that as a compliment  Most definitely! You're beliefs remind me of Ken Miller's beliefs and how he expressed it in his book "Finding Darwin's God" - which is what I think you've done - found a way to incorporate science with your faith. You and Bluejay both have this quality (and others but you two are the ones I'm most familiar with).
The original lyx2no died and the current one is his nephew, IIRC. I know, I remember also. But if you notice the writing style and word usage from then and now is almost identical. The same knowledge on the same subjects, and at the same level. That's why I said I think its the same dude. However, this could just mean his uncle(?) taught him every single thing he knew, and how to debate in the exact same manner. Suspicious to me, but that's cuz I do a lot of writing and have a ken eye for picking up on similar writing styles - which I could be totally off on. - Oni

Social Randomite: You Oni. Not that your views don't form a coherent whole. Just that you don't tend to always fall into the Lib/Con dichotomy as easily as most. So one for the aluminium hat brigade. How are those conspiratorial tendencies by the way? PSCT!!! Its a deadly cocktail of drugs and hours of late night online reading that takes me into this world of random thinking. I've had to reserve my conspiracy theories as of late for fear that big brother is monitoring this site.
Pragmatic conservative: Probably Hyro. Interesting and articulate. But I suspect we are destined to disagree. This is the opinon that I'm most used to hearing, since he shares the same views as most cubans of my generation - which is to say my closes friends. Still conservative but with a left-lean. I like reading his posts a lot.
Rightwing Nutjob: I personally think Legend has his moments. Buz is a prime contender for his crazed Obama views. But the true loon here is Artemis Enteri.

Posting drunk always seems like a really really good idea. Sometimes I read it back later and think - Phew! that sounds almost like you know what you are talking about" and sometimes I read it back and just cringe. I always cringe when I read mine back. Well how about a forum Oscar for the coveted award of most comedically quotable? As our resident pro you are disqualified from nomination. So my nomination goes to Dr Jones. For reasons that I think are obvious. But CS gets a mention too for some of his less intended gems. Those who always make me laugh in their posts: YouCS RiverRat (right-wing nutjob humor) xongsmith cavediver But, I must admit that the funniest poster, who also adds lots to the debate, is lyx2no. One of my favorite gems from the past that I remember was between Hyro and CS. From the "you're either, gay, straight or lying" thread, Hyro was trying to explain to Rahvin that eventually swinger couples fail, but there was a lot of talk about gay sex in that thread. CS catches a great line:
Hyro writes: I, too, know swinger couples. And from what I've seen, the cream inevitably rises to the surface.
CS writes: There's gotta be a better way to phrase that... Classic. In the same thread, Taz admits to me that he's not disgusted by man to man-ass sex, but that he was disgusted by my lifestyle of casual sex. The entire thread is hilarious to read.
I think Rrhain edges it as he seems intent on detailed fact based destruction rather than any form of conceptual consensus when he debates. The only thing I don't like about Rrhain's debating style as that he's never clear as to where HE stands and what HE means. Most of his posts consist of a breakdown of what he thinks the person is saying, which he often misrepresents. Then a debate with him becomes more about what you're saying and what he's representing it as, than the actual topic. He'll write "are you saying that....." Then you have to spend an entire post explaining that you didn't mean that, which he then replies with another "are you saying that....." And round and round it goes. At least that's been my experience with him. That's why I often ignore his long redundant posts to me - one because they are boring to read, two because it's just a misrepresentation of what one is actually saying. You are hard to debate, but you at the very least try to understand what the person you are debating is saying, according to them (not your interpretation of it). Once you've comprehended their argument the best you can, you then proceed with the debate. Rrhain does not do this. He jumps in with what he thinks you are saying, which is so fuckn' frustrating to deal with. Rahvin however is a great debater - he often goes way long to make a simple point, but it's a great read most of the time. - Oni

The past couple of days I have been noting down every single dumbass thought and rhyme that makes me chuckle and grin exactly as I used to do 20 odd years ago. That's awesome! Fuck yea dude. I hope that feeling felt good, creativity is what breaks us free from the normal and mondaine.
As a punk-ass white boy it used to be my way of getting my own back on the school bullies and generally garnering some sort of respect as a teenager. With lyrics like these it seems like you grew up in 8 Mile. All great stuff - just a few of my favs:
