Posting Screen Centered in IE8 Again?

I'm not sure where the problem is originating, but when I was creating a brand new topic post using IE8-64, the elements were centered again.When I reply to a topic, everything is left-justified as normal. It is only in the screen to create a brand new thread that things are centered.I don't know if it's IE8-64 compared to IE8-32 or if it's the difference between new threads and replies.
