And, now that I've been here for 6 months or more, can I take this opportunity to thank you and all the other admins for maintaining this site. Someone has to do it, and I know from experience that you rarely if ever get thanked for voluntary work.

Actually, the maintenance of the site is done solely by Percy/Admin, who wrote the software for this board. All the other admins are more like thread guiders/enforcers of the rules. Not that that's not important work, but just wanted to point that out.

BTW how does someone get selected/nominated for the role of an Admin? (I don't mean I'm interested myself in that position - I'm not ready for that by a long way! Just wondered.)
