You make up some bullshit that's off topic. I point out your bullshit is bullshit, and others ask you to provide evidence of your bullshit. You turn that back around on me and ask me to provide evidence that your bullshit is bullshit. I do that, then again ask you to provide your evidence. You again refuse and try to abandon the point by complaining that it's off topic.
....but this is a great opportunity to get back on topic. Let's do this now. Moderators...where are you?

Great idea. Lets call the moderators. Then they can read the thread and see that you are not following forum rules.

You called for a moderator?
Moderators...where are you?
Hi Big Al. You tried to use a courtroom metaphor to make a point about the topic. It was suggested your metaphor was flawed. If you are now dropping the metaphor and wish to advance the topic - please explain your point in a different fashion.
As a further point - the rules of this forum clearly state that any point you raise should be supported with evidence and/or reasoned argumentation. Address rebuttals through the introduction of additional evidence or by enlarging upon the argument. Do not repeat previous points without further elaboration. Avoid bare assertions. Please keep this in mind if you continue posting.
Everybody else - regardless of your issues with Big Al or his posting style, while he is a member here can we show enough respect at least to address just the points he is attempting to raise and avoid attacking the intelligence/sanity/whatever of the person making them.
Finally - can we use some new subtitles?

I don't think I will be posting on this particular thread further as it's clearly for evolutionists. Furthermore, those points particularly about repeating yourself apply more to other members than myself.

Then you deny atheism.
Which means atheists exist!
To turn around an argument theists often use against atheism.

My biggest problem is trying to help people who don't understand atheism understand what an atheist is, most people I know are Christians and they will do everything they can to deny that I am an atheist or redefine me as something like an agnostic because that's something they can understand. It's frustrating to constantly try to explain to them that an atheist is simply someone who has a lack of belief in God and/or the supernatural.
Edited by Tram law, : added the fragment "people who don't understand atheism" for a more complete sentence

i have no problems being an atiest, though i dont live in the usa i wayd the facts and came to a conclusion
the facts
the big bang happend and it could have happend whitou a god snaping his fingers. so why would you complicate mathers whit a etrnal god. or wvan why would you deny facts whit a fary tale abbout 7days
evolution happend and it is still hapening today no god was needed so why would you complicate mathers whit a god selecting whitch mutations should accure. or why would you deny all the evidence for a stroy that tells about a god brathing on clay.
so when you way the odds the oads are grate for no god, as always in sience there is the possebilety that new data will tell a diferent story but whit the evidence at hand it is reasnoble to asume there is no god.
so far there is no evidence to point to there being a god and no theist has ever came up whit an argument or fact that would convince me. and if the end of days comes tomorrow and vishna starts killing christians and athiest by the 1000nds whit firebalss from her eyes and lightning from her behind il admit that i am wrong an go to hell whitout regrets i wonder what a christian or muslim would do.

Science included? I think so.
Stile, my problems with atheism, and or atheists, is that they pretend to not believe in something, for one.
2. they say they won't subscribe to a god because of lack of evidence, when the bible clearly states that it is by faith that you get to know God.
3. they say they don't have a problem with people having faith (so long as they are not doing harm to anyone) then go on to compare faith in god to santa claus, or the easter bunny. You are not respecting people when you do that, you are insulting them.
4. they resort to history books and point out all the bad things that were done in the name of god/s. But I can bet you anything there were more good people than bad people, all of them theists. History books are like the news sometimes, only reporting the bad stuff. Besides, logic would tell you that people don't need to blame their immorality on a belief, people are just people, and they are bad because they choose to be bad. Blaming it on god, or using a god as an excuse does not contribute to his non-existence. As if there were no bad atheists. Wouldn't I be wrong to say that atheism is bad, since a random atheist committed a wrong, and immoral act? Atheists always talk about taking moral responsibility. So then don't be hypocrites, just like people need to take moral responsibility, and responsibility for their own actions, then atheists need to stop using people's irrational beliefs in god/s to not believe.
Largely I find the logic in being an atheist to be hypocritical, just as much as the hypocrites in the churches. Again, people just being people.

right, you don't believe there is a god, that is your belief.
It's doubly frustrating to explain this to an atheist.

Wrong!!
No that is wrong.
How many times must it be explained to you.
If I don't collect stamps is not collecting stamps my hobby?
I don't have a belief that there is not god. I lack a belief there is a god. The existence or non-existence of a god has no effect on me. Belief is an active thing, lack of belief is not.
Why do theist assume that everyone else must have beliefs and faith just like them? We atheists do not.
right, you don't believe there is a god, that is your belief.
You can think this all you want but you are wrong.
