That one is easy.When you look at the human body, or any other living people, what is found is not good design but rather something only good enough to get by. Evolution does not know anything nor does it have any reasoning ability.Critters that die though before they can reproduce don't get to pass on their genes.This is one of the things supported by the evidence and that helps eliminate Special Creation or Intelligent Design as anything worth considering. What we see in the RLN is that existing systems were used and just adapted to new functions even though the result from an intelligence or design perspective is a piss poor, inept design.

Except everyone keeps telling you that Evolution does not make decisions or claim that Evolution has the power to make decisions.The reason people pointed you towards the fish is that fish existed before anything with a larynx. The nerve system evolved before the larynx and when the larynx evolved it just reused pieces parts. It is a great example of why the evidence supports evolution instead of design.
