This discussion board already has a set of
Forum Guidelines and a team of moderators to enforce them. Please do not attempt to impose your own rules. I'm concerned about statements like these:

If you feel you are having problems in a discussion then report them to
Report Discussion Problems Here 3.0. Do not try to take matters into your own hands.
This is not the first nor even the second time I have had to tell you this, so I will be very quick on the trigger in doing whatever is necessary to make sure that discussion remains balanced and fair and in compliance with the
Forum Guidelines.
