From what I understand it is supposed to be, yes, but it doesn't seem to have worked on our poor Canadian Cuckoo.Besides, taupe clashes with the pee stains.So maybe something else should be tried, like hot pink and dark-yellow checks with some puce thrown in around the corners. With brain wiring like his you never know how it will respond.
