It looks great to me. It's important to avoid hydrogenated peanut butter or ever partially hydrogenated. It's carcinogens cancer wise. You can get grinders and buy raw organic peanuts to grind. Better yet almonds are more nutritious.
I understand that the way they grow the non-organic peanuts involves a lot of bad stuff health wise.
I'm not a purist, except when I need to be for correcting some ailment. I drink a Rolling Rock Beer a day. The carbonation is not healthy. It used to be nitrate free. I hope it still is after the Busch folks acquired it.
Avocados are a great food. We use a lot of them, making different concoctions with them as a base.
