Try to see if you can be hip to this:Lots of expressions get turned into nouns simply by virtue of people repeating them often enough that they become common vernacular in a language and thus are given a pseudo reality. LOL and OMG can now be used as nouns. Murphy's law is now in dictionaries as a noun.Now here's where it gets trippy so you are going to have to let your mind breathe a little to grasp this. When a piece of buttered bread falls on the floor with the butter side down, Murphys Law didn't make that happen. Even if it happens that way every time. I know I know, this is wild ***, but here's the thing-Murphy's Law like doesn't exist man-can you dig that??But but but, you say, how can it not exist? Its a noun, I read about it!
